3rd Thursdays are Oso Ride out and back from Embudito Trailhead. This is a very long trail, so we go out for a while and turn around with enough time to get back by 6:30ish. This is usually done as a group or a few groups of different paces. This is a no-drop run, so no one will be left behind. These are very accessible workouts no matter what level of hills you hike/run (or don't).
