WEIGH-INS: Friday, April 11th from 9am-6pm and Saturday, April 12th from 6am-8am at The Gym, CrossFit Kilo.

 

ELIGIBILITY: 
Must show proof of UPA card at weigh in. All entries in UPA sanctioned events must have a valid UPA registration card. Fee is $40 an adult/$25 for a teen membership.

ENTRY FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:
$100 per lifter with $40 crossover fee for additional events. Payment of entry fees will be done via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your entry after completing your registration details. You will receive an email confirmation.

There will be no refunds once entry is submitted. No exceptions


 
MONOLIFT WILL BE USED FOR ALL DIVISIONS 

 

Medals to be awarded to best lifter and highest total.

Best Lifter and highest total for Male and Female divisions.


RULES: 


RAW ELITE Division: FULL POWER WITH KNEE SLEEVES ONLY. WALK OUT

Lifter must walk out the squat. The mono stays locked. The approved apparel and equipment for the RAW ELITE division competitors will be defined as a non-supportive, one piece singlet, a cotton t-shirt, optional undershorts, socks, optional belt, shoes, and wrist wraps and knee sleeves.  

RAW Division: FULL POWER WITH KNEE WRAPS

The lifter will use the mono to pick their squat. The approved apparel and equipment for the Raw with Wraps division competitors will be defined as a non-supportive, one-piece singlet, a cotton t-shirt, optional undershorts, socks, optional belt, shoes, and wrist wraps, up to 3m knee wraps.

EQUIPPED Division: A lifting suit shall be worn during the competitive lifts.  It must be an individual full length article of cloth fabric, polyester, denim or canvas and may consist of multiple plies of any thickness, but as a whole be of a singular construction.  The straps must be worn over the shoulders at all times while performing the competitive lifts.  The use of Velcro material to secure the straps is permitted.  The length of the legs must not extend beyond the mid-thigh (mid-point between the top of the kneecap and the crotch).
