1. Eligibility. For players 18 years old or younger. Cutoff birthyear: 2008. Local Rapid Ratings for February 2026.
2. Composition. A team must be composed of 3 players with a combined average rating of 1825 or below. Decimal poits will be rounded down.
3. Rating Ceiling. Players with rating 2050 and above will have their ratings set to 2050
4. Rating Floor. Unrated players or players with rating 1500 or below will have their ratings set to 1500.
5. Board Assignments. 1800+ players must play on the top boards by rating. Anyone below 1800 can be placed on any open board. If all players are below 1800, board order is fully flexible.
6. Once the tournamnet starts, you are not allowed to change board assignments.
