8AM - Meet up at 7/11 atbang South Bus Terminal
8:30AM - Departure
9:30AM - Arrival at Cantabaco. Register & trek to the crag. Guides & instructors will set up ropes.
10AM - Rock Climbing 101 discussion
10:30AM - Climb Proper
12NN - Lunch Break & rest
1PM - Resume Climb session
4:30 PM - End of climb session.
5PM - Depart from Toledo.
6:30PM - Drop off South Bus Terminal

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

A ₱600 down payment (DP) is required to reserve your slot.
Deadline for the down payment is July 15, 2026.
The ₱600 down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, but it may be transferred to another participant should you be unable to attend.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, as instructed by the organizers.
Cancellation Policy

𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨:

Any last-minute cancellation will be considered a confirmed booking, and the participant will be required to pay the full event fee of ₱1,600.
Exceptions will only be made in cases of:
Force majeure (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), or
A critical medical condition supported by appropriate documentation.

I understand that outdoor rock climbing and other outdoor recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, equipment failure, weather changes, uneven terrain, injuries, or other unforeseen incidents that may result in property damage, serious injury, permanent disability, or death.


𝘽𝙮 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙄 𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩:

I am voluntarily participating in this activity and accept all inherent risks associated with outdoor rock climbing.
I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this activity.
I agree to follow all instructions, safety briefings, and decisions made by the organizers, guides, and climbing instructors throughout the event.
I understand that failure to follow safety instructions may increase the risk of injury and may result in my removal from the activity without refund.
I release and hold harmless the event organizers, guides, instructors, drivers, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, accident, or damage that may occur during the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
