💸 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬
1. A player may only win a single prize in the combined Open and 4th District category, plus one additional prize under Special Awards category.
2. If a player wins a prize in both the Open and 4th District category, they shall receive the higher prize. In case of a tie, only the prize in the Open Category shall be awarded.
3. Players may win a single award in the Special Awards category in order of: 
   a. Top Female
   b. Top PWD
   c. Top Unrated
   d. Age Category
