Snowshoe Sundays—on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of January-March—are a free, family-friendly way to embrace winter and get outside! Bundle up and explore our scenic trails while enjoying a fun, low-impact workout that’s perfect for all ages. If conditions aren’t snowy enough, we’ll simply switch gears and enjoy a winter hike instead.
Time: 12 noon
Location: We will start and end Snowshoe Sundays at Meier’s Creek Brewing Company at 33 Rippleton Rd, Cazenovia, NY.
Snowshoes are available to borrow, courtesy of the Friends of Stoney Pond (FROSTY). If you plan to borrow shoes, please make an online reservation, and arrive by 11:30 a.m. to get signed in and gear up.
After the hike, warm up by the fire pits with fellow adventurers. Meier’s Creek will be serving “FROSTY,” a special brew available only on Snowshoe Sundays—$8 per pour, with $1 donated to support CPF.
