Breathwork to Awaken the Heart and Compassion

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice used to release emotions and reconnect with the body.
In this session, we will be using the breath to open the heart center, deepen empathy, and expand compassion for oneself and others.

Sessions are only $30 per person and may last 75min- 1.5hr.
