When I was caring for my husband, Walter, I learned very quickly how easy it was to put myself last. Between appointments, medications, decisions, and the emotional weight of loving someone who is struggling, self-care felt impossible at times.

This complimentary Zoom gathering is my way of pushing in to support you.

What this gathering is:

This is a 45-minute online space for caretakers and care partners to receive. You’ll be guided into relaxation and then receive gentle energy healing to help calm your nervous system, soften the emotional load, and create space to breathe.

You do not need to share.
Your camera can stay off.
You can come exactly as you are.

Who this is for:

• Caregivers supporting a loved one through illness
• Care partners walking alongside someone in decline
• Anyone holding emotional, physical, or energetic weight for another
