If Cave Creek had a neighborhood living room, it would be the bar at Brugos Pizza & Italian Bistro in Stagecoach Village.
From 4–6pm, Patrick is behind the bar doing what he does best: pouring, listening, and somehow remembering what you like even when you don’t. Shannon is working the floor, making everyone feel like they’ve been coming here for years. And I’m Christina – jack of all trades, master of none, but I’m pretty good on the bar. I tell folks all the time it was my bar before Pat.
