Let your favorite songs carry you inward. This is not your typical sound bath. Rock & Relax weaves crystal singing bowls chimes and other sound healing instruments with the energy of iconic rock music reimagined in a meditative melodic flow. Expect a soulful journey through sound that soothes your nervous system while awakening something deeper within.

All zero-gravity chairs are provided; simply wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Space is limited; please reserve your zero-gravity chair in advance.

Please note: Classes begin on time and the front doors are locked at the start of every class. For the comfort of all students no late entry is permitted and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
