Bring whatever you need to get super cozy, including your favorite socks, blankets, and/or pillows. Additional ‘nesting’ supplies are available at Rivertide. 

Sound baths are generally safe, but individuals with epilepsy (especially sound-induced), severe mental health conditions, pacemakers, or those in their first trimester of pregnancy should consult a doctor to assess any possible contraindications. 

Tickets are $30 with preregistration or $40 at the door. If this is a financial hardship for you, please reach out, as we have a limited number of half-price and free tickets on reserve, reflecting our belief that rest and wellness are human rights. Link in bio or use venmo to preregister.

Maureen Sullivan is a Certified Professional Coach, Mental Health Coach, Mindfulness and Meditation guide and Sound practitioner. She uses evidence based tools and skills along with her own life experiences and intuition to support others on their transformational journey.

Arielle Herman is a Certified Yoga Therapist and a co-founder of Rivertide Center. Having studied and taught numerous somatic practices over the years, they seek to cultivate a soft place to land for all who need it. 

Rivertide Center is built around anti-racist, LGBTQIA-welcoming and neurodiversity justice principles and we are always seeking ways to grow our awareness to be increasingly inclusive and accessible to folx of differing experiences and needs. We are located on the land of the displaced Mohican Nation Stockbridge–Munsee Band.
