Module 2: Yoga Sutras Book Club - Text: The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Alistair Shearer translation) Sunday, March 1- 4:30-5:30 Intro; Wednesdays, March 11-April 1 - 8-9 p.m. (Zoom only)
Module 3: Bringing Philosophy into your Asana Classes - (Prerequisite: Module 2) - Saturday, April 18 - 1-6 p.m.
