The Heart Illuminated

Due to unforeseen circumstances related to the venue, Deepika and Lulu have had to cancel the weekend experience down in Bermagui.

The good news is that we are holding ‘The Heart Illuminated: A Day Experience’, on Sunday 23rd November from 7am-4.30pm incorporating many of the offerings we created for our weekend retreat.

Exploring the landscape of the heart and coming into presence, our day experience will consist of connection, yoga, intention setting, cacao ceremony, vision boarding, art making with different materials from nature, delicious and nourishing food from local growers and makers, embodiment movement practices, and guided meditation.

We are very excited to share this experience with you - We hope you can join us for this lovely day in Mogo at Little Paddocks Tea House instead ❤️
