Smokey Saturdays featuring Kara Coen

Kara Coen is one of the most exciting new female soul artists of the south east. The singer/songwriter plays a unique fusion of soul, smooth Jazz and pop. With intoxicating vocals and compelling lyrics; she composes her music on guitar and piano in English and Spanish and is now working on a new sound with her band. She has been called a modern Aretha, compared to Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin and Sarah Blasko. A dynamic, power house voice, with a message of love, empowerment and inclusion.

SMOKEY SATURDAYS are free entry music sessions held in the Smokey Dan’s courtyard every Saturday from 12-3pm. These unique events feature some of the best performers from the local area and beyond. Experience an amazing variety of music performed by solo artists, duos, and bands from a broad range of genres including rock, pop, blues, folk, country and more. While you listen enjoy a delicious meal from Smokey Dan’s incredible menu.

Smokey Saturdays are free entry and family friendly.
