On Sunday 21 June at 11:00am, we’re coming together for a gentle morning of movement, breathwork and deep reset — created especially for our Lume practice members and their families and the perfect way to enjoy the shortest day of the year.

Held at the beautiful Soultribe Studio and guided by the lovely Clare Lovelace, this class is inspired by our Lume quarterly theme: repetition — the small things we return to again and again that help us heal, regulate, reconnect and grow.

Expect gentle yoga (nothing fancy or bendy required!),breath work and a restorative sound bath to finish. No experience needed whatsoever. You do not need to be flexible, fit, coordinated or “good at yoga.” Truly — come exactly as you are.

There’ll be little gifts for everyone, plus a hot cuppa and nourishing snacks afterwards, so we can linger together a little longer �

This is simply a chance to slow down, soften, and enjoy being in your body alongside good people �

Come as you are and come spend a cosy Sunday morning with your Lume people.
