Images may be used for promotional purposes on council’s websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published, please notify staff before the event.• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will remain with their child during the duration of the event.• When attending an outdoor event, please bring a hat, water bottle and sunscreen for all children and adults.• Bookings are essential and spaces are limited.• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time.Cancellations• Our events often book out. If you are unable to attend, please let us know before the event so we can allocate your spot to another person.• Occasionally, we need to cancel an event due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel an event you will be notified via email or telephone and your ticket fee will be fully refunded.
