Improve your confidence, speed, and control on the trails with a Cornering & Flow Skills Session. The session will involve a small amount of ascending to access numerous areas during the session but limited to one plantation. 

Everything you need to have fun with or improve on your racing times!!! 

- Body position and bike movement
- Cornering techniques
- Carrying speed smoothly through turns
- Trail flow and line choice
- Building confidence on a variety of terrain
- How to gain free rolling speed…

Riders will need to have a well maintained MTB bike and protective equipment - helmet, gloves & knee pads. 

Small group coaching in a relaxed & supportive environment.
