Be inspired by the colours of fresh coastal views and sea themed still life. Create outside by the sea ‘en plein air’ (weather permitting), or in a cosy and spacious studio Work in a concertina sketchbook, as well as a selection of mini canvas to create several sea-themed keepsakes. With a rich variety of materials on hand to explore - use different paper surfaces and supports to: • Spread, drag, push and draw into plaster. • Wash, blot, bleed, blend and resist with ink. • Fade, reduce, lift and soften with powder. • Scratch and score into oil mediums. Taking place in Johnshaven: Frid 6-8pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 10am-4:30pm. £185 As always, tuition will be tailored to the level of each individual. Everyone is welcome. Beginners through to advanced. IN THE FLESH courses often run alongside each other, creating an inspiring studio environment. All materials and equipment provided, including a small sketchbook and a selection of mini canvas. Everything you need will be supplied. Tea/coffee/light refreshments provided.
