Garden Club 40th Anniversary function

The Garden Club is holding a social event to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Garden Club, 11am to 3pm Saturday August 30th in the Buda Garden Room.

Morning session 11am - 12:30pm
The Castlemaine Garden Club – Then and Now
A panel including Jo Welsh, Peggy Munro, Barbara Maund and Judy Hopley discussing the history of the Club - then and now; changes over time

Lunch and Social 12:30 - 1:30pm

Afternoon session 1:30 to 3pm
Gardening in the Now and Future
Lou Lorback is a previous owner of a Garden Nursery and a current broadcaster on the
MainFm gardening show Dig It - Radio for Gardeners. Lou will speak on her experiences as a nursery owner and changes in the industry. We may also have a mystery guest - TBC!
