The castlemaine contact jam collective will be hosting an end of year celebration jam with live music.
DETAILS:
The space will be open from 10am for individual warm up if you desire.
Lead in and contact jam 10.30am - 12.30pm.
All levels and bodies welcome
TICKETS: are at the door, cash preferred or bank transfer.
COST: Sliding scale $10-$15
All money collected goes to our beautiful music artist who is travelling from Melbourne to play for us. We want to keep this jam accesible, but if you can pay that little extra to support the musician and cover their travel that will be greatly appreciated.
We would like to acknowledge that this class will take place on unceded Djaara country.

ABOUT THE MUSICIAN:
The jam will feature live music by pianist and composer Jordan Scotney. Jordan’s music blends classical, cinematic, and minimal styles, using piano, strings, loops, and beats.
His most recent collaborations have been for Ecstatic Dances, namely Movement as Medicine and AnanDance. During these sessions, dancers were deeply moved, with moments of emotional release and shared connection.
