In addition, receive hands-on assists, which have developed over time from studies and practice in Yoga, energy work, shiatsu, and nervous system support. This is my favourite offering simply because it’s glorious — and it makes my heart full.We will move through a series of poses, with holds from 3 to 7 minutes. The use of balms and oils helps to foster a multi-sensory environment of restoration and calm. This is a reset button on your nervous system, rippling through mind, body and spirit.
