Moving’ Mamas: Bellies and Babies

Join us for Bellies & Babies: prenatal and pre-crawling baby yoga

We will stretch, strengthen, and honour our bodies during this special season of life. Classes incorporate hatha yoga, gentle core and pelvic floor strengthening, and breath work.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle

$10 drop-in or $30 for the session (no class May 8). If cost is an obstacle, please message. We’d love to have you!
