The Power Within

These sessions are intended to create and hold space through Meditation, journaling and sharing energy so we can align with our own energy and soul purpose. To create a healthier mindset and connect with your divine right to joy and happiness. I'm not setting any limitations on the tools we'll use to gain all we need as we are limitless souls.

Arrival is from 6.45pm for refreshments for a 7pm start entrance fee is £10.
