Beginners Yoga course - 8 weeks

BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE - JAN. 2026

With the year coming to a close you may have started to look ahead to the new year.

I am looking to start a new Beginners Yoga course on Friday the 16th January 2026.

The class will run 19:15-20:15 and is the perfect time to leave the week behind and ease into the weekend.

The course will run for 8 weeks at our normal studio venue off Hugh Street in Castleford.

Learn how to customise all common yoga poses and become familiar with the class structure of the Feel-Good Yoga classes.

We will explore how to know if you are doing the poses in a way that your body will find helpful.

By the end of the course you will have all the tools to work around any health issues that may have held you back from enjoying a yoga practice that feels good and is nourishing.
