Sacred Labyrinth Walk, Earthing and Art walk

Experience a sacred journey of Art, Guided Imagery, Mindful Walking and Earthing all on at the Mt. Lebanon Library and across the road at the beautiful grassy Southminster labyrinth. Your morning will start anytime between 9-10:15 to visit the lower level gallery to see 13 of my sacred journey art pieces. Take pictures and look for symbolisms and insights. Then, walk across the road to the Southminster labyrinth. At 10:15 we will begin a Forest Therapy session of Qigong, Senses, Mindful walking in barefoot in the Labyrinth (Earthing) and a short tea ceremony with discussion on your insights and messages.
