Looking for a night out with some puzzling fun at a local Pittsburgh brewery? Puzzles & Pints is an event created for lovers of jigsaw puzzles and beer that places teams head-to-head in a competition to put together jigsaw puzzles the fastest.
This event is at Back Alley Brewing in Dormont, located right through the Liberty Tunnel along W Liberty Avenue. Each team will race to assemble a 500-piece puzzle and get to take the puzzle home with them.
Race as a team of up to 4 players all while sampling and enjoying local beers. The $12.50 per-player admission includes the factory-sealed team puzzle and a couple of slices of pizza per person. The pizza will be ordered in from a local establishment and made available for enjoyment starting at 6:00pm.
Event Schedule:
6:00pm – Check-in begins & pizza available
6:30pm – Race countdown
Guests are welcome to bring additional snacks to satisfy their appetites, but out of respect for the venue, no outside drink is permitted.
Competition Details:
* Teams of up to 4 people can register to compete for speed assembling a jigsaw puzzle.
* All teams will receive the same puzzle to create a fair puzzling competition.
* Prizes are awarded to the fastest finishing teams per design. Prizes include 60 Minute Missions gift cards, beers and merchandise.
* Puzzles and Pints occur on location at brewery venues throughout southwestern PA and not at the escape room.
