This is a skillfully guided, free-form mindful movement and dance experience led by a newly minted cohort of Movement Medicine facilitators and hosted by Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh founder, Tricia Chirumbole. Our Sunday Movement Medicine Experience will include: ~Opening Welcome Circle ~Guided Dance Exploration for Nurturing Mind, Body & Soul ~A Magical Musical Backdrop ~A Rest & Reiki (optional) Integration capstone ~Closing Circle with Organic Chocolate Meditation (Date/Carrot options) & Community Shares (optional) ~15 min Mix & Mingle OR Journal/IReflect 12:15 - 12:30 PM (optional) ~Drawing materials for Reflection & Integration (in last 15 or throughout) We aim to provide a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive experience.
