· What to do in the moment when anxiety strikes, so you aren’t paralyzed and can move forward with confidence.
· Releasing pent-up anger and frustration, so you don’t take it out on those around you.
· Calming the Fight, Flight, or Freeze Response, so you can remain centered even when your day is tough.
· Letting go of past emotions that may be holding you back from enjoying the gifts of the present moment.
These simple, yet powerful, energy medicine techniques have been practiced by thousands of people and do not require any special tools or equipment. You will work directly with your own energy body!
