About the event

Fiesta Kite Fest
We'll start with a night-fly on Friday, April 24, 2026. Saturday, April 25, 2026 is for flying kites on the large "Dog Field" at McAllister Park on Jones Maltsberger Rd. Around 5:00 on Saturday, we'll take a break from flying to enjoy a cheeseburger in the pavilion and get ready for more night kiting. There will be a raffle for a great prize...stay tuned for details. April is National Kite Flying month.
