- **Event Description**: FREE, FREE, FREE. Bike scavenger hunt December 13th. The location will be at the McAllister Park pump track parking lot near the pump track side. No fee to enter just show up and have your cell phone, Google Maps to find the GPS points and a bike to go off road. MTB, gravel, cyclocross, or your choice.
Here's the deal. It will be from 0900-1100 in the morning. I will be doing a bike scavenger hunt, the 8th one. The first one to finish with the most correct points wins a new POC Axion Race MIPS helmet (or winner's choice) and some other swag plus some supplements. I'm giving away about $1,000 worth of stuff and no there is no catch, I did several of these last year. 2nd place gets a helmet as well. 3rd will also get a prize. Everyone will get a little something. Those that recognize me on here can tell you I have given away MTB/road shoes, helmets, bike clothes and supplements to some in the community. It's just my way of giving back. I you bring an ebike there will be a time penalty imposed to make it fair to others. If you ride tandem, as in a group, that's only one placing. Plus there will be a time penalty assessed since two or more heads are better than one, usually ?. Regardless of placing everyone always gets something.
