She plays the harmonium and leads and supports kirtan, weaving sacred sound into her work as a powerful tool for connection and healing.Anahita is a qualified Pilates instructor, pranayama breathwork teacher, chakra yoga teacher, and sound healer, working with seven chakra sound bowls to create deeply restorative experiences. She is also an author and illustrator of children’s books, and the founder of community spaces including women’s circles through Chandra Soul and home education sessions through Hummingbird Hub.John has been exploring meditation, philosophy, and personal development for nearly two decades, with a particular focus on mantra meditation over the past 15 years. His journey has included time spent in India visiting sacred sites, as well as living in a UK temple community. While deeply experienced, John takes an open and inclusive approach, welcoming people from all backgrounds and perspectives.Alongside this, John is a professional actor and acting coach, with extensive experience in theatre, including London’s West End, and over a decade running his own acting school. His work centres around helping people feel comfortable, expressive, and connected—qualities he brings into these sessions.Mantra Hub was born from their passion to bring people together through sound, meditation, and movement — creating a space for healing, self-expression, and connection.
