Getting in the cold water is a mental game. You will not die, although everything inside of you screams you will. When you overcome this internal fear, you will know that you can overcome anything! When we overcome our fears we can truly fulfill our purpose and that protects us from bad days turning into bad years. 

Studies show that youth are committing suicide at an all time high because they are highly concerned about what their peers think of them, they are lacking meaningful connection with family, they aren't aware of how powerful their thoughts are, and they don't feel like they have a purpose in this life.

We believe the 4 C's help insulate our community from suicide: Commitment (a purpose bigger than us helps us through the bad days), Compassion (Self and Other), Community (we are herd animals, we need each other), Connection (safe people who can be vulnerable with each other).

We are looking for sponsors this year to donate some raffle items. 

Could be some of your swag, gift certificates, products, services, etc. 

We are also looking for volunteers to assist with setup, hot chocolate table, fire-pits, etc
