Weave a willow Spring Wreath and decorate with spring foliage

Celebrate the beauty of Spring with a hands-on workshop where you’ll craft a stunning willow wreath and enjoy a guided walk through our nature reserve to soak in the season’s changes.

What You’ll Learn:

Grading Willow: Learn how to select and prepare willow for your wreath.
Wreath Crafting: Create your own unique Spring-inspired willow wreath.
Rod Border Design: Add a beautiful finishing touch to your creation.
All materials are included in this workshop! Please note that the wreath in the image is an example crafted by your tutor. Willow varieties and flowers used during the session will vary depending on seasonal availability.

Following the crafting session, we’ll venture outdoors to explore the reserve—perfect for finding inspiration and enjoying the fresh Spring air. Don’t miss this chance to combine creativity with a peaceful connection to nature!

10am – 3pm

What to expect:

A small group of a maximum of 8 people.
The session will be led by Learning and Wellbeing Co-ordinator Karen Boswell.
The course will be held in our JP Studio.
Please bring your own lunch. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
All the tools and materials you need will be provided on the day.
Take home a beautiful bespoke willow wreath.
