No RSVP is needed for the Wellness Fair - simply walk in anytime! Please allow about one hour to complete all screenings, and plan to arrive by 1:00 p.m. if you would like to complete them all.

Available screenings and activities include:

• Blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, BMI, and anxiety and depression screenings
• Hearing and memory screenings
• Medication reviews and blood sugar screenings
• Diabetes nutrition information
• Vital signs and blood sugar screenings from Casselton Ambulance
• Chair massages provided by two local massage therapists
• Bone Builders demonstrations, featuring a few exercises and information about how classes support strength, balance, and independence

We hope you will join us for a welcoming afternoon of wellness, information, and connection!

Please note: The congregate meal at Martin's Lutheran Church is a separate program and is not included with the Wellness Fair. The Wellness Fair does not require an RSVP, but meal reservations must be made at least one day in advance by calling 701-347-8219.
