Welcome to the Semi Pro Tournament. It will take place at the ballpark in Casselman. It will be a slopitch tournament for all divisions. Mens, Ladies and Coed (7-3) ratio.
Will have food truck cantine, and cold alcohol breverages for sale on site

RULES
1. U Trip Bats (Thumbprint) allowed.
2.There is 6 innings expected to be played . No new inning after the 55 MIN MARK. A team must field a minimum of 9 players. They will forfeit the game if this is not met.
3. Entry Fee of $500.00 per team must be paid in full before tournament.
4. Please be ready to start on time. Hustle on and off fields in between innings. Warmup on the side. We have specific time frames for the games for the tournament to run well.
5. max runs per inning is set at 5, last inning is unlimited. If the home team is winning going into the bottom of the 6th, the game is OVER.
6. Coin toss will be used for All Round Robin games. Higher Ranking team will be home in the playoffs.

7. Homerun Rule :
MENS and WOMENS DIVISION 3HR
COED DIVISION : Males 3HR , Females : Unlimited , after the home runs are used, any untouched ball that leaves play in fair territory is an automatic out. Walk off rule for Home runs. (includes 4 base award and batter does NOT have to touch 1st base).
8. ALL DIVISONS : All counts will start 1 - 1 . This also applies into playoff rounds.
9. Arc is 6 and 12 feet. A wooden Board is being used for a strike call.. Any batted ball that hits the board is a strike and is immediately dead. “Time” will be called by the umpire.
10. Pitching zone is 45 to 65 feet.
11. Batting order: No specific order need lineup of 10 males no extra DH. Exeption if/as long as your other player plays one inning defensively per game.
NO Specific ORDER of 7-3 or 8-4 ratio for coed. All girls must be in top 10 of lineup.
12. Teams must field a minimum of 2 females to prevent a forfeit. (COED) You can play the game with 9 players but everytime the missing girl is at bat it will count as an automatic out.
13. Walk rule : Any walk to a male where a female bats after him is a double (regardless of the count) and the female has the OPTION to bat or take first. PLEASE BE ON DECK TO PREVENT ANY PROBLEMS!!! If a male is walked and he is followed by another male then the batter only gets first base and the following male must bat. An intentional walk can be offered with no pitches thrown.
14. Any ejection that takes a team below 9 players is an automatic forfeit 7-0 loss
15. Cannot walk to get to auto out to end the game.
16. No Bunting allowed.
17. Anticipation step is allowed as the ball crosses the plate, on a swing or bounces in front of the plate.
18. Foul Balls caught by the catcher are an out regardless of height.
19. 3 courtesy runners per game.
HOUSE RULE **Pitchers get free courtesies.**
Teams can use same runners more than once. Male for Male, Female for Female. No Exeption.
20. Final scores will have a max of -/+ 7 in the standings.
21. There are time limits for all games with the exception of the playoffs. All playoffs will consist of 7 full innings regardless of time. Still with 1-1 count. And Forfeit may apply.
22. MERCY RULE is 15 after 4th inning, and 10 after the 5th.
23. Round Robin games can end in a tie. However in playoffs the tie rule is as follows , the BATTER at the time of the last out from the previous inning will start at second base and there will be 1 out. All extra innings will be unlimited runs.
24. Both score sheets will be examined after every games.
25. There is NO TAILGATING in the parking lots and zero tolerance on this, This will be your warnings issued !!! Any team caught tailgating will be out of the tournament with no refund. We sell beer and other stuff under the gazibo and there is a large designated area for the beer to be consumed. (Anywhere but the parking) THANK YOU
26. Flight restricted balls MUST be used at all times (Worth Hot Dot .52 Core will be supplied) YOU MUST RETREIVE YOUR OWN HOMERUN BALLS OR THROW YOUR OWN IN.
27. The infield fly rule is in effect. For an infield fly to be valid, there must be a force play at third base, and less than 2 out.
28. All players must play defensively in the field at least one inning to be eligible to bat in the game.
29. Overthrows that leave the playing fields will result in an extra base(s) being awarded to the runner. 1 base from the infield, and 2 bases if thrown out of play from the outfield.
30. Once a runner crosses a commitment line 20 feet from homeplate, they MUST continue the rest of the way home. The defensive team MAY NOT tag a runner between this line and homeplate. Any runner returning to third base on the above rule will be automatically out. No tag at homeplate, the catcher needs only to have a foot on home plate to make the out. If a tag is made the runner is safe.
31. Sliding is permitted at every base except home plate. Runners cannot touch home plate for safety reason. The point won’t count and it will concludes as an out.
32. An outfielder can throw a runner out at any base.
33. A player must be on the roster sheet to be eligible for playoffs. The roster sheet is due before the 1st game.
34. COED. Girls CAN have the pitcher and catcher combo if they like.
35. Please be ready to play 15 minutes prior your game time. Have fun!!!
