If you’re planning a birth and want to understand your options, this class is for you.

This free class is a space to learn what your options actually are and what care can look like in different birth settings. We’ll talk through hospital birth, birth centers, and home birth in a clear, grounded way so you can make decisions that feel right for you.

The class is taught by Tamara of the kindred feminine, a certified full spectrum doula, community herbalist, fertility awareness educator, and holistic sexual and reproductive health educator. Tamara brings a practical, community rooted approach and meets people where they are, without judgment.
