Close your eyes and take a moment to truly connect with the earth around you. Feel the soil beneath your feet, the wind dance along your skin, breathe in the crisp air and listen as a babbling brook softly trickles downstream. Grounding ourselves in nature is one of the most nurturing things we can do for our mind, body and spirit. It brings us back to our center and helps to soften the noise and chaos of everyday life. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind hanging work of art using natural elements gathered from the earth. Create something uniquely yours while bringing the grounding beauty of nature into your home.

You will use:
•	Sticks and driftwood 
•	Bamboo
•	Dried flowers and fruit
•	Herbs 
•	Spanish moss
•	Shells
•	Wooden beads
•	Twine and jute
•	And other natural elements to create your personal representation of the earth’s magic and wonder

Cost is $30 per person with all materials included and no prior experience necessary—bring only your creative and curious spirit. Class is taught by Chrissy McShane at Hotel Cassadaga. Spaces are limited so call the Hotel Cassadaga to book in advance at (386)228-2323. We hope to see you there!
