Good afternoon Casper!

We need your help to get our new admin unit up and running!

Thanks to a generous donation of desks from the old Casper-Natrona County Health Department and their recent move, we’re ready to transform our space. We’ll be setting up our new admin unit and working toward launching our new Wellness unit so we can better serve our members and our community.

Everything we’re doing is made possible through community support, and this is a big step forward for the clubhouse.

We’d love to have you join us on Saturday, April 18th from 10am to 4pm!

We’ll have pizza and soda for volunteers, and we truly appreciate any time you can give.

Volunteer Shifts:

10am–12pm: Moving furniture and starting desk assembly

12pm–2pm: Desk assembly and arranging the space

2pm–4pm: Moving computers, finishing setup, and working on the wellness area

We need both muscle and problem-solvers, these desks didn’t come with instructions, so if you’re good at figuring things out, we need you!

If you have an eye for design, we’d also love your help making the most of our space.

There may be additional opportunities (including some fun surprises and possibly gardening), so stay tuned! No matter what your strengths are we could use you!
