Secret Sunrise Boogie and Plunge
Welcome to Secret Sunrise Dance in Cascais!

We are celebrating an actual sunRise dance for a change. Come and boogie on the beach on a Saturday!

We will be celebrating the day with the joy of dance with an epic guided dance session for 45mins followed by a cold plunge then connect.

Bring a hot beverage in a flask, wearing your costume with robe or warm clothes over. We'll boogie for 45mins then put our stuff down and walk into the water together. I'll get us breathing through a refreshing plunge and then out the water to warm clothes and have our warm tea or coffee and chats!
