Most days will begin or end with a rejuvenating yoga practice led by Laura, while the remainder of the day will be filled with a mix of pole workshops, exploration, culinary treasures, cultural activities, self-inquiry, reflection, and more!

All 5 of the 2-hour pole workshops will be held at Pole Dance Palacio, a beautiful local studio space just a 10 minute drive from our hotel. Geared towards polers with some experience under their belt, but also just fine for those with a recent beginning (as long as this isn’t your first experience with pole), this intensive is all about working towards your dream goals as well as learning how to master that elusive flow.
