Wine tasting Alentejo wines on March 1st
Alentejo is Portugal’s largest wine region, and its size brings diversity. With multiple sub-regions and different microclimates, from inland heat to Atlantic influence, the styles vary more than many people expect.
Yet all Alentejo wines share one common characteristic: sun ☀️. And with the current weather conditions we can use some sun in our glass.
There is always something warm, generous and ripe about the Alentejo wines. Even the wines that come from the cooler, ocean-influenced zones have warm notes. This balance between sunshine and structure is what makes Alentejo so interesting to explore in a tasting setting.
