Backwoods Vineyard Fish Fry Experience

Step off the beaten path and into the heart of SoLu Estate for a one-of-a-kind Wisconsin tradition. The Backwoods Vineyard Fish Fry Experience begins with a guided hiking tour through our scenic vineyard, where you’ll learn about the history of the property and what makes SoLu so special.

Your journey leads to our hidden campfire area tucked away in the vines. It's an an intimate, rustic setting where the evening truly comes to life. Enjoy live cooking over the open fire as fresh breaded perch, crispy fries, rye bread, and coleslaw are prepared and served right on-site.

Each guest will enjoy their choice of two glasses of wine or two beers to sip along the way.

Relax by the bonfire, take in the vineyard views, and experience a cozy, elevated take on a timeless tradition.

Dates: May 16th or June 27th
Time: 4:00pm–6:00pm
Arrival: Please arrive early and meet at the front entrance of the winery to check in with your tour guide, Craig.

Capacity: Limited to just 12 guests to keep the experience small, intimate, and personalized.

$45 per guest

Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated. Craig spends a lot of time not only leading the tour, but also preparing and cooking the meal to make this a special experience.
