In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a checkered chunky blanket, plus enjoy the bonus of learning how to make and add embellishments.

Beginners are welcome!

While beginners may not complete their blanket during the workshop, all steps will be fully taught. Those who have taken a chunky blanket class before or have prior experience will likely finish their blanket within the 4-hour workshop. No matter how far you get, you’ll leave with the knowledge and written instructions to finish your blanket at home with confidence.

What You Will Learn:

How to start a chunky blanket
How to properly set up your yarn
How to join and switch colors mid-blanket
How to space stitches and continue your pattern
How to finish your blanket
How to create embellishments
How to securely add embellishments to your blanket
Yarn Requirements (IMPORTANT):

You are responsible for bringing your own yarn. Please refer to the photo provided showing approved yarn types and yarn that cannot be used.
