Day 1: Foundations + First Practice
• Welcome & Opening Ceremony

• Chakra systems, brainwaves, intention in sound
• Playing crystal bowls & gongs
• End with an immersive guided sound bath

Day 2: Integration + Activation
• Advanced techniques + sequencing
• How to create safe, effective sessions
• Group practice with real-time coaching
• Closing ceremony and integration circle

FAQ’s
❓ Do I need musical experience to attend?
No. You do not need any musical background to participate. We will teach you everything you need to know to play the instruments with confidence.

❓ Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.

❓ What instruments will I learn to play?
You will learn to play crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, crystal pyramids, and other commonly used instruments in sound healing sessions.

❓ Do I need my own instruments?
Instruments to practice on will be provided during the training. However, if you have your own bowls or gongs, feel free to bring them along. A discount for instruments is offered as part of the course.

❓ Why is the training limited to a small group?
We limit class sizes to ensure an intimate learning environment. This allows for personalized attention and the opportunity for each participant to practice with hands-on support from the instructor.

Sound healing is not about checking a box or earning a title—it’s about cultivating a relationship with sound as a living, breathing form of medicine. While some people feel more confident having a certification in hand (and yes, we offer one for those who want it), the true value of this work doesn’t live in a document.
