Join us for a special Gratitude Sound Bath, an extended evening designed to help you unwind, reflect, and fill your heart with appreciation before the busyness of the season begins.
Before we begin our sound journey, we’ll take a few mindful moments for a gratitude reflection, writing a note of thanks to yourself or someone you love. You can keep it, release it, or place it on the community altar as part of our collective intention setting.
Then, sink into stillness as you’re guided through a deeply soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. As sound waves move through the body, tension melts, the mind clears, and your energy softens, leaving you grounded, centered, and open-hearted.
What to Expect:
💜 A slightly longer (75-minute) immersive sound healing experience
💜 Gratitude journaling + reflection ritual before we begin

💜 Grounding meditation
💜 Cozy, intentional indoor space
