Free "Sip and Center" Night for Adults with Disabilities

Esteamed Coffee & Shine Yoga are joining forces to provide a fun-filled evening for you! Begin the new year with intention, creativity, and calm. This event offers a gentle introduction to mindfulness through journaling, guided reflection, and hands-on art. You will have the opportunity to decorate personal journals and create take home Zen gardens, and we will share tools to help you stay grounded and inspired as you move into 2026.

One complimentary drink and snack is included in this free event, compliments of the Louise R. Lester Foundation!
