Whether you’re new to these practices or already experienced, this retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

The yoga retreat takes place right by the sea in the beautiful Saone Guesthouse. It is located in the nature reserve, near the coastal town of Ericeira. Ericeira is about 30 minutes north of Lisbon. The yoga center is located right on the beach, so you can wake up to the sound of the ocean in the morning. The beautiful rocky beach of São Julião is just a 15-minute walk away.

The Saone guesthouse is equipped with everything you need to relax. The three floors of the new coastal villa offer plenty of space. There is a large eat-in kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. There is also a reading corner. In the garden there is a pool, hammocks and sun loungers. On the ground floor, there is a sauna, a wellness area and our large yoga room with sea views. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Wednesday.

From 15:00: Arrival.

16:30 - 17:30: Welcome circle with welcome gift, sharing circle, and mantras.

17:30 - 18:30: Vinyasa yoga.

19:30: Dinner.

21:00 - 21:30: Sound healing meets Yoga Nidra.

Thursday until Saturday.

08:00 - 08:30: Optional Meditation.

09:00 - 10:00: Vinyasa Yoga.

10:00 - 10:30: Breathwork.

11:00: Brunch.

12:30 - 15:00: Free Time for Exploration, Sauna, Pool, or Garden.

15:00 - 17:00: Workshops such as Ayurveda Workshop, Yoga philosophy or Cacao Ceremony.

17:30 - 19:00: Yin Yoga with Sound Healing / Sound bath.

19:30: Dinner.

After 20:30: Community activities like moon gazing or Sauna.

Sunday.

08:00 - 09:30: Vinyasa yoga.

09:30 - 10:00: Breathwork.

10:00: Brunch.

11:30 - 12:30: Closing ceremony with mantra chanting, sharing circle, and meditation.
