January 3 | Creative Resilience Studio

The first Full Moon of the year invites us to pause — to gently release what no longer serves us and create space for clarity, calm, and possibility.

Release & Reimagine is a cozy, two-part creative experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and meaningful intention-setting while having fun and making low-pressure artwork.

You’re welcome to attend one session or both!

New Year Full Moon Release
Canvas Painting Experience

This immersive evening begins with a calming Full Moon guided visualization and flows into a 3-hour expressive canvas painting.

You’ll explore release, lightness, and emotional integration through color, shape, and symbolism — no painting experience needed.

Lantern Light & Vision
Art Journaling Vision Boards

We’ll begin with a relaxing lantern-guided visualization, followed by art journaling and vision boards focused on reflection and intention.

This session is gentle, low-pressure, and welcoming — perfect if you’re craving clarity without overwhelm.
