ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: 
Students will be complete two wildlife paintings of different  bird species along with a corresponding botanical in this class.  Suzanne will demonstrate the painting process as you paint along.   A link to the references that will be used  for the paintings will be provided  as well as a photo of  Suzanne's completed pieces for a traceable transfer to your substrate that can be used prior to the class.  This is to save time and allow all attendees to focus on painting, rather than drawing .     Please have your ipad or tablet for your reference or if you prefer, you may have it printed out for this workshop.  Students will learn how to manipulate negative space to create form.  Suzanne will cover composition, creating depth, proper value and temperature, mixing colors, proper brush technique, and more.
