It is time we admit... we've been slacking. We haven't been able to host a Store Championship in quite some time! Because of that, we have a large backlog of Store Championship and other fun promos that are just sitting around.

It's time to change that.

On August 1st at 11 AM, we are having the Showcase Games Super Store Championship! We have over 200 promos we will be giving out throughout the day.

The format is Modern, and entry is $15! Due to the value of many of these promos, this event will be ran at Competitive Rules Enforcement level and will have a cut to top 8.

How are we distributing the promos? Glad you asked!
The list of promos is attached, along with pictures for reference. 

All participation promos will be distributed randomly among all participants.

Top 8 promos will be "drafted" by top 8 in seed order (i.e. 1st seed picks a card, 2nd seed picks a card, etc, until all top 8 promos are gone).

Each semi finalist will automatically receive an Ultima.

The players who lose their semi final matches will play for 3rd and 4th place. 3rd place will have first choice of Fable of the Mirror Breaker or Virtue of Persistence. 4th place will take the other card.

The two players who reach the final table will then play to a champion. 1st place will choose one of the Top 2 Promos, then 2nd place will choose. 1st place will choose one more Top 2 promo, then 2nd place will take the last remaining promo.
